Vince Zampella, Has Passed Away in a California Car Crash
The co-creator of Call of Duty, the mind behind the globally famous video game Call of Duty, has passed away in a vehicle crash in the state of California he was 55 years old.
His passing was confirmed by Electronic Arts, the publisher that controls Respawn Entertainment, the development studio he co-founded.
The celebrated video game developer died after his vehicle was involved in a crash and burst into flames on a motorway in the Los Angeles area on this past Sunday, US media outlets report.
"This is an unimaginable loss, and our deepest sympathies go to Vince's loved ones, those closest to him, and everyone impacted by his creative vision," a representative from Electronic Arts commented.
